While developing the system a conscious effort has been made to create and develop a software package, making use of available tools, techniques and resources – that would generate a proper system for online bus ticket and reservation system.

While making the system an eye has been kept on making it as user-friendly. As such one may hope that the system will be acceptable to any user specially passengers and will adequately meet his/her needs.

This facility is helpful for the users and the organization as well. This is a simple yet effective technology which helps the user to access the service concurrently from different places.

• Provide user interface to passengers with user-friendly, before getting and managing online ticket reservation.
• Provide user interface to passengers for check fare and scheduling of their journey.
• Accurate conversion of data to ensure the integrity and maintain the confident in administrative applications.

Project Implementation Method

The implementation of bus rapid transit in different countries, gives operational details by country, as well as giving details of confirmed plans or proposals for new OBTRS.

1. APPLICATION LAYER

   Cancel Reservation Payments made using a credit card will be refunded back at the credit card. The refund application should be placed no later than 14 days after the booking cancellation

2. BUSSINESS LAYER

Booking of services or equipment can be placed by the oral, the written or the online booking systems.

If  the arrival is cancelled the booking must be cancelled immediately by phone or by email.

FARES:

A fare is the fee paid by a passenger for use of a public transport system: bus, taxi, etc.

PAYMENT:

Payment is an hour-based fare collection system used on many public transportation systems. Instead of checking each passenger as they enter a fare control zone, a system requires passengers to carry a ticket, pass or other physical POP fare media to prove that they have paid the valid fare.

SEAT AVAILABILITY:

Bus Reservation system is designed to automate the online ticket purchasing through an easy online bus booking system. However, one thing to keep in mind is that a project with the highly risk may still be conducted. Most company would have the reasonable combination among high-, medium-, and low-risk projects. Without the high-risk project, the organization couldn’t make the major breakthroughs in innovative uses of systems.
