And all three are being fulfilled by our On Road Helper App. It will enable the users to get their vehicle’s spare parts and mechanics services right at their doorstep. This app can be the greatest blessing.

After the online delivery of food and groceries, we should also take advantage of mobile apps for spare parts delivery and mechanic callings. The spare parts delivery apps are in great demand because they are useful not just for online users, but also offer immense benefits to the mechanics and those having shops of spare parts etc.  Isn’t it just so convenient? No more hassles of visiting your local vendor every day to buy spare parts for your vehicles and dragging your vehicles to mechanics or rushing here and there for finding mechanics. And do you realize the best part about having your on road helper app? Well, there is no need to worry about your target audience as every single person using the online platform is a potential customer. With this app, customers can register themselves, set their locations and their requirements, and receive assured delivery according to their requirements. Salespersons and mechanics can also expand their business.

Benefits of the Project

Usually people need to visit their local supermarket to purchase spare parts and they have to go outside their home in search of any mechanic every day. Even in case of emergency situations such as unforeseen weather conditions, medical crises, etc. people need to find a way to get to the market but with this on road helper app, the customers can spare themselves the hassle of stepping out as they can get spare parts and mechanical services at their doorstep, so this was basically the motivation for designing this project. It is a best opportunity as everyone wants to live life in a comfort zone.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Nowadays, there are many incidents happening on city roads and highways, from breakdown of cars to any emergency, and majority of drivers are not much knowledgeable about the mechanics  of a car to keep it running through the route until a mechanic shop comes by, for this reason we have developed this app. This app is built-in user-friendly manner. This app will be Android based application. ON ROAD HELPER APP will help the drivers with the problems of their cars all they have to do just signup on the app and select the servicer seeker option and the app will show the nearest mechanic to the driver according to the location of the driver through the google maps API then driver can communicate with the mechanic with call or chat box with in the app and mechanic will come to help regardless of the location and fixup the problem. In addition to this app, we have added an online store for sales and purchase of auto spare parts, we don’t need to go outside and search for the parts, as it becomes very convenient to buy spare parts online. Customer just have to select the parts and order them, and it will be delivered to the customer’s location. In this app we have also added an emergency contact section for unfortunate incidents on city roads, highways, or any other situation, and the section contains these numbers: Police Helpline, Rescue helpline, Fire brigade and Ambulance.
