Project Summary

This purpose of this application is to provide a platform for old age houses where Admin can easily manage the old person data and care taker data and assign the old person to care taker and take the old person’s guardians data and also track the individual old persons health status in graphical representation and take decisions regarding old persons health on the basis of monthly health status and this application also help to remind the Activities of old person to the care taker and give the reminder to the corresponding activity of specific old person to reduce the human mistakes/errors. Caretakers perform the activities are check the health in form of (Blood pressure, Diabetic, Heartbeat and Temperature) and give them tablets timely and focus on the old persons Diet. Guardians can track and watch the health status of old people that are in old age house. This SRS contains all the software requirements for the OCare application consisting of functional and nonfunctional requirements that will be the standard for the development of the application. The SRS will be served as a guideline for both the stakeholders and developers. Our application will help to manage the old age houses and manage the activities of old persons that are lives in old age houses.             

Project Objectives

The aim of this whole project is to build up an software system which are used in old age house to manage the data and activities of old persons that are lived and reduced the chances of human errors/mistakes and helps to track the health status of old persons. 

The aim of the whole project is to provide the easiness for the care taker and care taker track the activities for the old age people timely and Reduced the human errors and efforts.

FUNCTIONS:

Admin:

• Admin register the old people.
• Admin register caretakers.
• Admin assign old peoples to caretaker.
• Admin add guardians’ information.
• Admin make schedule of activities of individual old person.
• Admin watch the health status of individual old person.

Caretaker:

• Caretakers perform activities that are scheduled by admin
• Caretakers give tablets to old person when the system give reminds.
• Caretakers’ checkup the old person and input the values of health in the profile of specific old person
• Caretakers follow diet for old person.

Guardians:

• Guardians watch the health status of their relatives.

Benefits of the Project

we can manage the data of old age houses and maintain record and also analyze the health status and caretaker easily perform their task and do old people activities without any delay , duplication and human error.
