All of these will perform different duties but dependent on each other. This proposed system will help coordinator, clerical staff and students from where they can manage many these time taking processes. This proposed system will also have a chatbot. The chatbot can be used by random users or students to get their queries responded easily from the website for Software Engineering Department in English language. The software engineering department enquiry chatbot has the capability to make friendly conversations, respond the course and faculty details, give the link for the academic calendar; answer the frequently asked questions, calculate the fees based on the student's input and give the timings, address, contacts, and events information of the software engineering department.
Project ObjectivesThe objective of our proposed system is to design a web based application for facilitation of students, administration staff and coordinator. Moreover, our system will have chatbot to answer the quires of any user regarding department, which can support ease to the user to know about the software engineering department basic queries to the user, i.e. (What is the semester fee?What is the criteria for the admission in NUML? Etc.).
Project Implementation MethodOur project will be implemented using Microsoft visual studio 2017, using bot services of Microsoft azure and our system’s chatbot will be trained using questions and their answers from admin staff of software engineering department NUML. The management system will be created using HTML and CSS in which we will have login pages for student, admin and coordinator. If anyone wants to access the files and other documents, he/she have to first login to the system first.
