Project Area of Specialization Software EngineeringProject SummaryA project designed with an aim to make complaints to the concerned government departments easy. A single place where the head of departments and other Govt. Officials can check and see complaints for themselves. The aim of the project is to enable public to post their issues online and they dont have to visit public offices and wait in queues so their questions can be answered.
Project ObjectivesThe objective of our project is to make complaints hassle free, enable public to register a complaint while being at home, enable department heads to see all complaints and status of the complaint and consumer/public can check the progress of the complaint.
Project Implementation MethodCurrently the backend of project our project is being coded and the front-end is 70% complete. As we move further in implementation, we are also creating documentations for each part of project as we move ahead in project. Project will be completed before the end of our final semester
Benefits of the ProjectOur project can help Department work more efficiently, Enable head of departments and other officials to monitor complaints, consumers/public can check the status of their complaints.
Technical Details of Final DeliverableThe completed and final project will be hosted on reliable and always on servers which will be able to withstand high load. The final deliveralbe will have both Web and Mobile versions. Web version will be developed using HTML, CSS and Java for Backend. The Mobile version will be available initially for Android and will be built on Java.
