Project Area of Specialization Biomedical EngineeringProject SummaryOur FYP is basically going to target the Health Sector in which we will be helping out the radiologist in early and accurate diagnosis of the Diseases, We know With the rapid spread of various diseases timely and accurate diagnosis holds great importance. With the traditionally diagnosis methods there is limited information, storage issue and the loss of information which leads to additional maintenance which results in more delay in diagnosis, which can even risks patient life.
Fused Images are of great importance in saving the valuable time of radioloigst and better retreving of information from the Fused Images as compare to single modality.
For the fusion of multimodal medical images the valuable information is retrieved by combining multiple images obtain into a single image for better diagnosis.
Develop the cost effective fusion techniques to reduce the storage spaces for preserving the multiple images and save the valuable time of radiologist.
Integration with the Cloud and the deployment of the model on Web/App based Platform.
Project Implementation MethodFirstly We will be collecting data (modalities) of different patients from the internet and to make it preparead for alogrithem training
After that on collected data we will be analyzing it so that it is preprocessed and ready, on which fusion techniques will be applied.
Then We will apply fusion techniques on it so that we have final fused images using different but the most effective algorithem/techniques
Lastly we are going to integrate it on the cloud to make it globally accessible and then delpoyment on web or app based platform.
Our main Aim is to revolutionize the health sector so that patients can be treated timely without any delay or risks.
The project will save the valuable time of radioloigts to make room for new patients and to solve the storage issue as well
