Monitoring and Controlling of an Hybrid Energy System by using IOT Technology
We have fouced on controlling and monitoring of hybird energy system based on Renewables and Conventional Generators using IOT. There is a need of controlling and monitoring hybird system arises when it is installed for domestic, commercial and industrial purpose. At this point IOT plays a vital role in monitoring and controlling system. The main criteria is the switching between multiple energy sources for example Solar and K electric without any inconvenience through a app and destop application using microcontroller equpped with wifi and additional I/Os. Data is transmitted wirelessly through destop app to ESP 8266 module which will control and monitor the energy sources. It enables user to have flexible control mechanism remotely through a secured internet server. it helps to control the energy sources remotely using smart app or personal destop, this system is very efficient, cheaper and flexible in working.
Power conservation and management is the main objective of this project since there are enough power resources available but no mechanism exists for proper utilization and conservation. This system will monitor and control the Solar Energy, K-Electric Supply and Generator Electricity using IOT. User can access this data from anywhere in the world. User can monitor and control Current, Voltage, Power and energy of the load of the Hybrid Energy Sytem from Desktop and Mobile Application.
Proposed Project is having three main sections. First section is the simulation of the Poject at Proteus. The Second Section will be implementation on hardware and in the last section we will make graphical user interface and mobile application for monitoring and controlling the hybrid system
