In UET Peshawar jalozai campus we don't have a casting lab in the students can perform their lab works.

By doing our project on metal casting lab the upcoming students of jalozai campus will be able to perform their lab works, it will give benefits to both students and university by saving the time of the students and money ( fuel and maintenance ) caused by taking students to main campus via bus.

This project is economically and commercially very use full for those industries whom want to manufacture difficult shapes of geometry in a limited sources of availability. 

PROJECT METHOD:object placed, Molding of a required shape, Melting of the metal, Solidification, Testing, Finishing, Module.

PROJECT PROCESS : Survey, Design, Collecting Materials, Fabrication, Testing,Thesis writte up, and then submission.

Project Objectives

To install a reasonable metal casting lab in  university of engineering technology Peshawar jalozai campus which will help the students in their lab works as well as mini projects.

By doing this project we will utilized our engineering knowledge which we learnt in theories and in labs and will perform practical work on it.

Project Implementation Method

We will to install a reasonable metal casting lab in our campus UET Peshawar jalozai campus. 

Implementation method is: object placed, Molding of the required shape, Melting of the metal, soldification, Testing, Finishing,Module. 

Benefits of the Project

This project will save time of the students,university,  and teachers and will save traveling expenses of university by taking students to main campus.

Institute of engineering can also install for lab works of students, as it is  economically good and easy to install. 

A assembling company can also haier for a casting them.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

It is used for casting of a required shape of design. casting is manufacturing process in which a liquid material is usually poured into a mold,which contain a hollow cavity of the desired shape and then allowed to solidify.

In this project we will use  engineering knowledge like Metallurgy,Engineering Materials, Machine design , Manufacturing process...
