- Document Level:Obtains the sentiment of the document or paragraph.
- Sentence Level:Obtains the sentiment of a single sentence.
- Sub-sentence Level:Obtains the sub-expressions within a sentence.
Benefits of the Project
- There’s just too much data to process manually.Sentiment analysis allows to process data at scale in an efficient and cost-effective way.
- Sentiment analysis is to identify critical information that allows situational awareness during specific scenarios in real-time. Such as any critical information on social media or any negative feedback from the customer about the brand. So through this we can easily identify the situations and take actions
- Gives clear criteria for evaluating the sentiment piece of text, emails, chats, social media, surveys and articles. By using a centralized sentiment analysis system, companies can apply the same criteria to all of their data. This helps to reduce errors and improve data consistency.
