Project Summary

MDMS is an online web based system through which the shopkeepers of medical stores will be able to place online orders to get specific amount of medicines for their medical stores, obtain products information and contact with medicine distribution agencies. The medicine distribution agencies are distributors that get medicines from medicine companies and distribute it among the medical stores located at different regions inside or outside the city. The system will have an admin panel through which the distributers will be able to manage their products, customers, invoices, payments, orders, sales, territories and other analytics. The system will be completely mobile responsive so it will be managed easily from anywhere at any time.

Project Objectives

Following are the objectives of our Project

To help medical storekeepers to get information about products, distributors and companies at anytime from anywhere.
To provide facility to storekeepers to place online orders.
To help distributors to easily advertise their products and publish important deals and discounts.
To help Distributors to easily manage their products, clients, orders, sales and payments etc.
To provide a web-based access to the system for distributors so they can easily manage their business from anywhere in the world.
To create a perfect communication between distributors and their clients.
To provide the facility to distributors to create and send invoices of orders to their clients.

Project Implementation Method

The system will follow prototype model all over in its development process. We will implement multiple modules like admin, users, orders, products, payments, sales, territories, salespersons and invoices etc. The system will be implemented using latest technologies like React Js (for front end development) and PHP Laravel.(For backend APIs). The system will also have some machine learning techniques like recommendation model or searching techniques.

The distributors will be able to easily expand their business in different cities.
As the system will be web based so there will be no need of installing it.
