Project Area of Specialization Computer ScienceProject SummaryThe idea is to help needy people and fulfill their needs with money. Many families cannot afford and people don’t have such earnings this is why we have found the solution through this idea. In this project, we will need the details of needy, sub donors and chief donor and divide them into category according to the need. The chief donor can verify the needy, and the system will sent reminders according to schedule of money, then it will create the record and maintain the history of schedules, money transfer etc. It is all about creating a platform where donor can help needy according to their requirements with money.
Project ObjectivesThis Application can be used by anyone who has access to internet. Needy people who are educated enough to read and understand English can easily use this application. People who won’t be able to use their account due to the lack of education so they will be helped by Chief Donor or the admin. Sub-donor can use his account by himself if they are well educated otherwise admin or Chief Donor will handle the account. This Application is made for the people who are in need whether they are educated or not.
Project Implementation MethodChief Donor Account
In this feature Chief Donor Account will be created by himself or the admin. Chief Donor will be the one to manage all functions between needy and sub-donor. There can be multiple chief donors.
2. Manage Sub-donors (Account)
In this feature Sub-Donor account will be created and this feature will be managed (Add, Delete, Update and Remove) by Chief Donor.
3. Manage needy (Account)
In this feature needy account will be created and this feature will be managed (Add, Delete, Update and Remove) by Chief Donor.
4. Manage and Post Needs
This feature is for posting needs of a needy person, needy’s post will be edited, delete, create, update through this feature by Chief Donor.
5. Need Categorization
This feature is for categorizing the needs such as (Marriage, education, food, Shelter, etc. This categorization is for all the users.
6. Need Documentation and Proof Uploads
This feature allows chief donors and sub-donors to verify the case of needy people (if the needy was not from the circle) They will verify the cases by taking some supporting documents like utility bill for gas, electricity, water, and bank statement with the date of issue and name of person, lease agreement, house purchase deed etc. These documents will be very helpful for verifying the case.
7. Manage Dashboard/Wall
In this use case all the posts of needy will be posted on the wall. New posts will be updated on the wall.
The scope of this application is to provide an online platform to people who want to help differently. They voluntarily contribute money for different tasks to solve problems and the development of society or the needy people. They deal with education, expenses, food, shelter, health issues and help them with money to solve their problems in these matters.
Technical Details of Final DeliverableAs the user clicks on the app, it will ask the user to click the button respective to their position as chief, sub donor, needy. And then the login page will open: if the account already exists the user have to simply login by entering the required credentials and if the account doesn't exist the user needs to create the account by providing required information. After clicking on the register button your account will be register. Then you'll redirect to the respective pages that if you selected the chief donor or sub donor you'll be redirected to need category page and if you selected the Needy then you'll be redirected to the upload documents page. Both of options will lead to wall, which contains 3 fragments Profile Home and Add Post in common and separated by that chief donor and sub donor Will have need category fragment and needy Will have document fragments which contains needy proofs. From profile fragment you'll also able to update your profile, or delete your account.
