Customer profiling system is a card for outlets and customers to keep track of
their sales and for customers to keep track of their buying. Brand usually give away the
membership card to customers to give discounts and keep their records of customers which is
mostly Manuel and almost unavailable in Pakistan. So to bring the change and digitalization
of the system is the purpose of our application.

Project Objectives

To give customers a memebership card through which they can get offers, deals and bonuses on the bases of their bying patterns, and maintain customer data to maintain a loyal relationship between customer and retailer.

Project Implementation Method

We are making a card to read a card bar code containing all the details of the customer and maintaining it in the main database.

Benefits of the Project

Through this project both parties retailer as well as customer will get the benefit as it helps the retailer to attract the purchaser with its exclusive deals and offers and increase the number of customers. Customers can get benefit with all those bonuses that a brand may offer.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Card will have the bar code that will be scanned on shop to get the basic details of the customer, those details will leads to all previous purchased history of customer, on the basis of purchase a customer will be offered some rewards and bonuses.
