Project Area of Specialization RoboticsProject SummaryAfter the industrial revolution, the biggest invention in machining and industry was Computer Numeric Control machine, this machine have set new records of high precision, accuracy and it have enabled us to produce high skilled labour work at very cheap prices on a large scale. But unfortunately this weapon of modern industrial age which can boost our economic growth is very costly in our country and because of it being out of reach for many people we are suffering alot. So we have for the first time researched, designed, created and tested a low cost portable CNC machine (Made in Pakistan) that can be used to produce high quality metal dies and complicated metal parts. It can complete the machines 10 times its price and all of that with the utility of portability and easy repairability.
Project ObjectivesFirstly we want to empower our local labourers and produce high value labour in Pakistan.
Secondly we want to see our blood country among the top industrial and manufacturing nations.
We also want to enable the youth of our country to think outside the box and come with such new innovative solutions for our manufacturing industry to accelerate it's growth and improve Pakistan's economy.
Project Implementation MethodFirst step was doing the research work and making a low cost portable design.
Secondly we went to the market for the best suitable parts and choose the most flexible, economical and precise microcontroller for or CNC machine.
Thirdly we completed the quest of electronic parts, assembled them and tested for our machine.
Lastly body was made and everything was fitted into it.
