In this era, this app will help us in creating life easier than before just by accessing the app for our daily based needs. The purpose of this app is to break the monotonous routine of buying & selling and save much of our time. Consider, daily buying of vegetables from the grocery shops and other things from the general store of our locality especially for women because in our culture the women not often go to stores. The second main issue is, the problems the people are facing like the sanitary problem, the health problem, the electricity breakdown problems, etc. so for solving all these issues they first have to write a letter to their society manager and then he took some action on it, which is a long procedure and it took much time or perhaps days. What if the app is smart enough to handle all these things?

The idea is the app that will connect all the shops of certain areas by users and shopkeepers. Riders will be under the control of the centralized body. The app is intelligent enough to check the abuse statement and handle it through the NLP technique.

Project Objectives
  • The app will reduce the efforts that are made during any work to be done in society.
  • The app will ease the buying and selling for both ends i.e. you can buy without reaching that particular store.
  • In the pandemic times of COVID-19, this app can help a lot, no person has to reach any shop by himself or herself and can order anything at their doorstep in a secure manner.
  • The best possible outcome is for those people (like women and children) who cannot go outside by themselves to purchase home based equipment’s of daily needs can use this app to get entertained.
  • Moreover, this app will also be providing a platform where the issues of society will be discussed with the union or management system to take steps accordingly more frequently than before.
  • A tracking system for delivery will be provided, abuse detection through sentiment analysis technique will be used.
Project Implementation Method
  1. An admin panel will be provided to control each seller's requests + forum issues.
  2. A seller panel will be provided for uploading/editing stuff.
  3. Proper rider management will be performed and riders will be able to perform their duties through the app.
  4. The discussion forum will be provided to discuss the issues of the society with the implementation of the Sentiment Analysis Technique through NLP.
  5. Payment method will be provided for both ends i.e. (buyer and seller) Ranking system will be provided for a better user experience. The rider tracking module will be programmed by FYP 2 to keep track of your order.

Based on their performance and using Sentiment analysis we will gather the Intel of the user feedback on their purchase and high-rated shop will be shown above all and so on.

Benefits of the Project

The purpose of making this app is to reduce effort and consume time by connecting all the shops of the locality by users and shopkeepers. If anyone requires anything they can ask from the app and the rider will provide that thing in minimum hurdles. Locality problems and discussion also associate with this app. NLP based checking for abuse statement on the app.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The product will be consisting of basic modules that are sub divided into other functional modules namely described below:

  1. User Management: This function will be responsible for handling all type of queries of user that can be online purchasing, interacting through forums, tracking etc.
  2. Seller Management: This function will be responsible for managing the online store’s, viewing the orders.
  3. Rider Management: This function will be responsible for showing the current orders to the riders, showing them detail of the shop to pick and house to drop etc., Information like this will be functioned here.
    1. Login

Login is the first screen from where the user is entered in the application which will require user name and password and after which it would be redirected to the dashboard on the successful authentication.

    1. Search

Users will be able to search using various product attributes. System would display the products matching their criteria.

    1. Check order

Users will be able to track the product.

    1. Shopping Cart/Buy Product

System allows users to add the products from search results page into shopping cart.

    1. Pay Bill

Users pay bill after buying products from shopping cart.

    1. Maintain Product catalog/Add Product

allow the shopkeeper to add the description of a product. And also maintain the promotion-list which attracts the user. (Fire database will be used)

    1. Check order

allow the shopkeepers to check upcoming orders.

    1. Update Product

allow the shopkeeper to view and update description of a product.

    1. Dispatched order

inform the users that their order has been shipped/dispatched.

    1. Pay Rider

the shopkeeper pays the rider in cash after delivering the product.

Admin accept the vendor request for registering the shop.

    1. Collect and payment

Collect the parcel and deliver it to user and get its payments after delivering and submit it further. User must have the track of the product.

    1. Submit

after delivering the item the cash he gets, will submit it to the vendor.

can view the details like location of user.

    1. Forum creation

Admin will create forum and add all users of society.

    1. Chat

through chat all issues discussed and resolved.

    1. Cash on delivery

rider will get a cash by vendor after delivering the item.
