Project Summary

The project aims to create a charity-based management system that brings together various NGOs, donors and needy people on a single platform. There are NGOs and needy people in Pakistan who are to face various problems especially financial problems. Donors also face the issue of donating to certified NGO and the verified case. So this system will help them to request for fund raising and making donations. Fundraising requests will be verified by ML algorithms as well as volunteers. Verified fundraising requests will be displayed on the website for funding so that various NGOs and donors can donate funds and materials (such as cloths, ration, hospital equipment etc.) to any request. We're trying to help NGOs work together to help people in need, rather than individually. Volunteers play an important role in building and strengthening the community through their services. That's why we've included a module for volunteers. Once the project is accomplished, we will try to reach out to more NGOs and encourage them to work together and open online portal to receive fundraising requests.

Project Objectives

The main objective of this project is to bring together various NGOs, donors and people in need on a single platform. Fundraising requests will be verified with the help of ML Algorithm. NGOs will be able to find donors and collect more donations. Donors will be able to donate to the right person. People in need will be able to request for funding. Volunteers will be able to work and help the community.

Benefits of the Project

Humanity Hope is a web-based charity management system that seeks to serve humanity in collaboration with various NGOs and donors. This project will help NGOs receive more donations and donors and raising requests for fund. The project will also help those in need in raising funds. The system will be reliable so that any donor can easily donate to the right person.

There are many small individual NGOs in Pakistan that are trying to help people but they need donors. And in many cases they fail to help people due to lack of funds and donors. We have also worked in an NGO and we know how they are working. They choose any case that is referred to by someone and try to raise funds for them through social media. When a donor sees their post, they don't feel trusted and ignore it.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

This project is based upon service oriented architecture which serves on both ends hence the user is the main entity on both sides. It reaches to the audience online. The audience includes the stakeholders, seekers (for donations), charity organization’s owners, donors (individuals) and others who want to donate or seek charity.
