Project Summary

We proposed a learning based android game through which children will be able to learn through the fun activities. Children will follow the small courses of the mathematics and English, when child will open the game it will show the menu, in which the player has to select the course which he/she wants to take, once player tap on the course, the sub menu related to that course will be opened.

For the English course the activities colouring the letter i.e. player will select the colour and follow the dotted line on the letter to colour it, match the letters i.e. there will be two row of the letter parallel to each other containing the letters with the random positions, player will draw the lines within the same letters, find the letter i.e. there will collection of letters and player has to target the guided letter, and finds things related to the letters i.e. find the apple which is related to the letter ‘A’ similarly find cat which is related to the letter ‘C’, will be involved. For the math course following activities write the number, colour the number and collect object according to the given numbers will be involved.

Project Objectives

The objectives of the thesis are shown as following:

1. To make children able to write and learn.
2. To make children able to differentiate between colors.
3. To provide the facility to the parents.
4. To make the children able to learn things name.

Project Implementation Method

In this project, we are going to use the Scrum Methodology of Agile development framework as a result of by using this system we will build changes in our project whenever it will be required. In the Agile model, the requirements are divided into many tiny parts that can be incrementally developed. Iterative development also developed by the Agile Development framework. And over every iteration each incremental part is developed.

Benefits of the Project

The primary scope of our game is to provide the platform through which children will be able to learn through the fun activities. Children will be able to learn the basics of the school and their interest will be developed towards the learning, they would be able to write and read the letters and will also be able to pronounce the content perfectly. They would learn the name of the things, will also be able to differentiate between the colours. Child would be able to count the things, he/she will be able to write and read the number perfectly and will also be able to pronounce them.
