The usual routine of a sales employee is that the individual comes to the office, marks its attendance and after sitting for a while he gets assigned and starts to perform its task.
The office doesn’t have any record of what the individual does for the day and can misuse the office utilities.
But by using our app the HR manager / Office head / Shop owners can assign the task remotely.
The individual gets notified with the task, now the individual does not require to go to the office so that he can mark the attendance, the individual can mark the attendance remotely by reaching the location of the task and starting its work time. Most offices provide the sales employee office vehicles for the outside job with the extra payment of utilities so now the employee has to maintain a record of utilities such as petrol or maintenance of the vehicle etc.
The employee will take the photos of the bills and will upload them in our app so that it keeps track of it.
At the end of the month this will help the managers to settle the extra amount that is used by the employee and will keep a track record(log file) of employee location for the whole day so that if they do private chores in office time they will get caught.

Project Objectives

Our app will be very interesting and useful for the offices / shops who are frustrated with the sales employees as it is a common practice of every sales person to misuse the utilities and expenses provided by the offices / shops.
This app will allow the offices / shops to keep a record of their sales employee and this will minimise the exploitation of provided facilities.

Project Implementation Method

Firstly we develop a bone structure on WordPress after we create multiple API for each functionality.
For the login process there will be different APIs that will be integrated with a database and there will be different portals for HR managers / office heads / shop owners and the employee.
For live tracking there will be different APIs that will be using GPS in order to get the perfect locations of employees and maintain a log file.
For the task / camera feature we will be using built in functions from PHP and react native and will be integrating with a database for all the utility bills to store.
