1) Project Summary:

This website will be used by multiple users for multiple usages like section detail, penal detail, section find, and penal find, punishment detail, queries about the punishment, information about Law, and for the hiring of lawyers. We try to create a legal analysis that is simple, time-effective, and comprehensive to the present finish. A client can hire a lawyer for his/her case from the website. The client can also see details of the lawyer like reviews and practice areas etc. from the website. We endeavor to stay the principal online resource for legal analysis.

It is not an easy task to find and search on the internet about law-related knowledge like penal, section detail, and information about any type of case, crime, and its punishment. Some websites have functionalities that are different from one another, this thing disturbs and irritates the user, and he/she avoids searching from such types of platforms. Therefore, we have decided to develop a website that will help our users to get all information from a single system and make the searching easy. The developed modules will override the complexity of systems and decrease the discreetness of systems, which makes the whole process less time-consuming and efficient. In this system, we eradicate the discussed problems and develop a solution that facilitates the user in finding the solution to their multiple tasks in minimum time as well as with better results on a single platform.

There is not a platform developed that resolves all these problems. Many different types of websites have different services running separately, but no website has this type of service and we are offering this service on this platform. This system will cover all clauses, requirements, drawbacks, limitations, and disadvantages.

For guide, if a lawyers search for any type of penal code and section for their case, they come on a website and easily search each and everything related to the case. Even a layperson can come and easily search about the law system of Pakistan. By implementing this system, we will help and provide our lawyer judges, and law enforcement agencies with ease to search for law-related knowledge, and they can access this service anywhere.

This system will be developed in many development ways, but the most authentic and suitable life cycle is the Incremental model.

1) Incremental Model

This system will be developed module-wise; first, it must define its users and then their integration with the admin. First, it must develop simple users to check whether the requirements of our project proposal are met with this project or not. We will develop the user-side module to integrate the work to search on the website. In addition, the transactional module will integrate after these modules are paid by the user side. In the end, an admin module will be developed to add Law related knowledge and monitor and check the work of users like suggestions and feedback. Then we develop the module to hire a lawyer, So a client can hire a lawyer for his/her case.

We will develop a full fledged website that has an interactive interface design with an awesome color scheme that does not affect users’ eyes, is efficient in use, and is less time-consuming. The system responds in less time. It also provides an easy way to access details of the penal act, section, and punishment detail-related knowledge.  It will be a wonderful learning experience for us while working on this project. Due to this project, we experienced how professional software is designed, developed, and tested one after another after requirements gathering and analysis. The system will help us to reduce our time complexity and cost. The project has its future work, which will be developed and designed after the completion of this module. At the end of the semester, the website will be delivered to the institution.
