Project Objectives

Laser ablation is the removal of material from a substrate by direct absorption of
laser energy. Laser ablation is usually discussed in the context of pulsed lasers;
however, it is also possible with intense CW irradiation. The onset of ablation oc-
curs above a threshold ?uence, which will depend on the absorption mechanism,
particular material properties, microstructure, morphology, the presence of defects,
and on laser parameters such as wavelength and pulse duration.

Project Implementation Method

Laser marking machine is controlled by the computer,and the workers input tag content in the marking software, 
while using a higher energy density of the laser beam, the surface of the material being processed, the material 
surface absorbs laser energy, in the irradiation area to generate thermal excitation process, So that the material 
surface (or coating) temperature rise, resulting in melting, ablation, evaporation and other phenomena, so as to 
form a workpiece in the depth of a permanent identification.
