In addition to these methods a laser based spying device was the goal for the project. A laser based conversation detection uses a laser beam to detect the vibrations in an object. Such device would be able to record the conversation without infiltrating the premises. Such a device will help the security agencies to spy on anyone.
Project ObjectivesLaser will be used to detect the vibrations in an distant object. These vibrations will be consist of the conversation taking place nearby the object. This method involves low risk of getting caught as the user will be far away from the subject. In this way our security agencies will carry dangerous tasks with low risks.
Project Implementation MethodThe main focus was to build a portable spying device which can be used from a distance to spy. The device can be operated by a single person. The device is consist of a laser transmitter and a receiver. Laser will be projected on a reflecting surface and reflected beam will be project on the receiver. The receiver will than use the reflected beam and convert it into audio signal.
