So, it has mechanical, electrical, electronics and software parts. The fruits must be a certain standard comes better quality in markets. Apples fruit produce with high tonnage are needed for automatic classification machine with the aim of increasing the economic value. We offer wide range of apple sorting with minimum passage of time.We have proposed simple, low cost, low power consumption component sorting unit based on its color. Where it is placed on conveyor belt which is running with the help of motor. The main objective of this project is automated fruit quality detection and sorting system Our proposed works aims at the testing of the manufactured component by an auto mated way instead of using manual way. It is aimed to reduce human effort and at the same time increase the productivity& accuracy levels that cannot be achieved with manual operations.
Project Objectives- Design a system for sorting and dectection apple quality
- Design a system for sorting fully riped and half riped apples
- Design a system in low cost for sorting apples
- Design a system to provide good quality of apple in market
- First apple enter in a conveyor belt then IR sensor detect the object and the colour sesnor sens the colour of apple then provide the signal to controller ,then controller provide the signal to the servo motor to operate and seprate the apple.
- Two servo motor are used for sepration first is for Green apple and the second is for Red apple.
- It consist low cost instead of image processing.
- its provide more working instead of manual sepration.
