Project Summary

A disabled person is unable to stand up and move on a regular basis. So that they can rest even more, this system allows them to automate by control wheelchair by using Mobile Application. Our proposed method can be carried out to reduce such problems in the future. The disabled person can move a wheel chair in a specific direction. Patients can use the forward and backward buttons on the mobile application to travel ahead or backward, and the stop button to stop at a given position. The patient can use the left and right buttons to turn left or right, and the upright option button to make the chair stand. By design this system it can help disable, paralyze and old peoples for make their life independently and moving or stand up without take any help or manually control.

Project Objectives

The aim and objective of this project is to design a smart wheelchair which can help disable, paralyze patient and old people for make their life easy and independent. Design automate wheel chair for disable people where they can control it by using mobile application for moving from one place to another and also by using stand up feature which helping for standing .Our work helping people for feeling independent and cannot dependent on other for handle manually wheelchair , it can also for consume human effort .

Project Implementation Method

Phase-1

Collection of data:

   First we collect data for time and quotations and store data in the database

 Phase-II

Built an application:

   Built an (Android application that access wheelchair movement and seat angle)

Phase-III

Combine and implement our system:

   This phase is very important because we combine all the accessories and check if our system is working perfectly or not

Benefits of the Project

 The method used in our project contains all of the information required to complete this project. The advantages of doing this project can be clearly seen. It will benefit both the disable people as well as the old peoples because it is providing you a feel of virtual reality so as to make it more interactive.
