People usually need to Perform grocery monitoring, prepare grocery shopping list, monthly budget management, Diet plan management, Searching for recipes etc. In this modern era of technology, online grocery shopping is still not fully operational. The Reach of local grocery stores is limited to their areas only.
We will be developing a IOE Based Smart Kitchen (ISK) Which will make Hotel kitchens, Restaurants, House Kitchen Inventory management more accurate and efficient. This system provides real-time grocery monitoring, budget management, provides online shopping, budget prediction and recipe recommendation. ISK will recommend recipes based on the available items. Local Grocery Store owners can increase their customers reach by joining ISK.
Project ObjectivesThis document is intended for Kitchen, restaurant, Hotels, cafe. It is expected that custom solutions would be created in consultation with the product management Team. These guidelines should be used for all new hotels, cafe, and restaurants.
This system will be designed to allow users to manage and monitor items, provide recipe assistance and recommendations, provide online shopping to minimize shopping problem, stock and budget management and monitoring problems. ISK System will provide live monitoring and stock management and provide recipe recommendations and searching for home kitchen according to their requirements.
User will be able to track order delivery through map, order status and history all by using android phone or Website.
User will also be able to shop online and perform order tracking. This system will be using different sensors, android and web platform and using different cutting-edge technologies like Cloud resources, different databases.
Project Implementation Method1.Connect Weight sensor to HX711 amplifier.
2.Then Connect Hx711 to Ardunio Mega.
3.Connect Wifi Module (Nodemcu Esp8266) with Ardunino mega to send data to Firebase Real-Time Databsae.
4.Create Android App to get real-time Database Values to monitor live data.
5.Web-App is used to monitor live data and give user Dashboard to perform specific actions.
6.Home_user, Shop_owner and Delivery Boy have their Dashboards.
7. Google Maps used for delivery Boy to track online Order.
Benefits of the ProjectISK system is designed to allow users to manage and monitoring stock items, provide recipe assistance and recommendations, provide online shopping facility.
This system is designed to minimize shopping problem, Grocery and budget management and monitoring, which would otherwise have to be performed manually. This hands-on deliverable Product is built by using cutting edge technologies like cloud resources, Machine learning models and lot more.
ISK system not only monitor items quantity but also notify user whenever stock getting low and need to be purchased. User will also be able to generate lists for current items or out of stock items and order anytime when user wants. User will be able to track order delivery through map, order status and history all by using android phone or Website.

- Kitchen Cabinet with 13 bins or custom design will be build depends upon user requirements.
