Project Area of Specialization Internet of ThingsProject SummaryThis project will deal with the design and implementation of Raspberry pi based IOT concept it means internet of things. IOT is a domain of technology which stands for internet of things that is used for connecting growing number of Devices such as Internet TV’s, smart phones and sensors to the internet. In this present generation everything is going on internet itself. So in this project we concentrate totally on the present generation life how they can get security to their home or office and control the devices by using android app just by using internet in there smart phones. So the main focus of the project will be the Security using Artificial Intelligence. The main security is provided by camera module which captures the images and uploads into the internet and also stores the same images in Raspberry pi module SD card. Raspberry pi acts like a small minicomputer it is totally a Linux platform. The security provided by the Raspberry pi will be more secure and impossible to hack.
Project ObjectivesThe main objective of the project will to provide IoT based security. Security is of essential importance in today’s world, traditional system has attempted to provide the same using technologies such as microcontroller and updated versions of the same i.e. Arduino Boards. The Proposed System provides Security by detecting the presence of any intruder. If any intruder is detected, an alarm is raised and the owner and law enforcements are notified via email. The security can be provided to the schools, hospitals and Homes.
Project Implementation MethodThrouout the project Agile Model will be followed for the development of Porject. Agile is a common project management methodology based on fast, continuous improvement.
Benefits of the ProjectAll the school systems, hospitals and Homes can be secured by using this project.
The security will be automated and unbreakable.
The security system provide a fast action against the intruders.
It will be an Artificial Intelligance based security system.
Technical Details of Final DeliverableThe device Raspberry Pi 3 will be connected with internet to communicate with the owner or security incharge. A camera will be connected to rapberry Pi 3 to recognize objects using Artificial Intelligence. A PiR sensor will be connected to the Raspberry which will be used as input and detect the motion in range and raspberry pi will capture the screen and send it as email to the owner so that necessary actions can be performed for the Security.
