Due to the rapid growth of technology the usage & utilization of bottle industries. A BOTTLE MAKING companies have variety of machine which work on panel on high security ranges . Therefore, these devices should be further used in the all kind of bottles industry. The  panel that we make will provide a best power factor , ability to switch to operate in 4 ways that is automatic, manual , through wifi and through bluetooth ,all work operated in PLC .Monitoring system are design to focus on each bottles , several sensors like heat , voltage and many are placed for 99% safety .Raspberry Pi , PLC and arduino interaction make project proper.We have use an G code for whole system operation G code is nothing but a language in which people tell computerized machine tools ‘How to make something’.

Project Objectives Project Implementation Method

First we design an mobile app that controlled the machine and with mobile we can select machines, auto facilities, and monitoring . the raspberry installed in panel with several sensors that command all the contactors , PLC to run , ESP32 cam intalled that indicate the amount of material used. raspberry pi interface the panel .PLC. ALSO this app used by many managers at a time . for calculating the budget and waste .

Benefits of the Project Technical Details of Final Deliverable

All plastic bottles are manufactured properly with monitoring and all safety purposes  . this machine contain heat around 200 degree celcius , so we manage all the cameras(ESP32) and sensors properly to face the fire and accident . We develop an app ( DESIGN BY OURSELF) that controll the machine not only in industries but far away coz of internet( USE BLYNK AND MIT APP . we also shut the intire operation with help of mobile app in  case of accident. In PAKISTAN many companies are making plastic bottles so this machine is very usefull. 

RASPBERRY Pi controlled the IOT SYSTEM AS WELL AS PLC and molding components ,switches etc..
