Gas leakage is a manger issue which leads to different types of accidents in a resulting both material loss and human injuries. The risk of explosion we face the firing, suffocation are based on physical properties such as flammability etc. The deaths ratio has been increase recent year because of explosion of gas cylinder. The reason of explosions is low quality regulators, substandard cylinders, old valves and un-awareness in handling gas cylinders. The LPG used in many applications as a fuel because it is flammable mixture of hydrocarbon gasses and it’s have less smoke, etc. Due to the explosion of LPG the number of deaths increased in recent year to avoid this problem is a need to make system to detect leakage of LPG. This paper presents an LPG leakage detection and alert system to avoid fire accidents and to provide house safety, car safety, and reduce maximum to human injuries.
In LPG(liquid pressure gas) we have some implementation these are one circuit with two relays, one Arduino work as a micro controller, one buzzer that contain one sensor and also one exhaust fan. We defined the working of these all implementation. When the gas is leakage the pone which are connected with the Bluetooth convey the message "your cylinder gas is leak"after the leakage of gas the sensor which are connected to the top of the circuit which are called MOZ sensor sense the leakage gas and give notification to Arduino (Micro controller) alarm the buzzer and two relays that are connected to circuit start their work. The one relay quickly off the electricity and the second relay off the cylinder when the buzzer is alarmed.
Project Objectives- To overcome the problems of LPG cylinder leakage and leakage control; we look after the LPG cylinder.
- In order to upgrade the system so as to make it compatible with current technological era. The smart system should be deployed for gas distribution companies as well as at domestic level. By this smart system, a user has remote access to the gas stats as well as c the distribution company can monitor and detect gas usage and flow rate respectively.

- Get a notification LPG leakage, usage and cost via Bluetooth on our mobile.
- If sensor finds gas leakage then turn off the automatic cylinder valve and turn on the exhaust fan.
- If find gas leakage then turn off the automatic cylinder valve and send you a notification via Bluetooth on your mobile android app.
