The health monitoring system is designed and presented using the concept of the Internet of things. Personal data from the patient is collected that simulates blood pressure, heartbeat, temperature and ECG. The readings are collected in a simple cloud database and can be be send to the doctor as an email alert using android application. | | Project Objectives |

The objective of this system is to measure some biological parameter of the patient’s body like Temperature, Heartbeat, Blood Pressure and ECG by using sensors. -
The sensors will sense the body Temperature, Heartbeat, Blood Pressure and ECG of the patient and sends the values to IOT Cloud platform through WIFI-Module. -
All information about the patient health will be stored on the cloud, it enables the doctors to monitor patient’s health, where the doctor can continuously monitor the patient’s condition on his Smart Phone. | | Project Implementation Method |
The system is implemented using ardunio board.The sensors are physically connected to the arduino.These sensors will get real time values from the patients body.Arduino will continously compares the sensors values with predetermined ranges of a healthy person. If any value of a sensor goes out of range an email as an alert will be sent to the doctor immediately. As the system continuosly monitors the patient and updates the doctor regarding health condition.Hence there is no need of routine checkup which provides convenience to doctor as well as to the patient. -
