The safety and reliability of products are the most important thing during transportation. This project is based on the monitoring of the environmental conditions of different products during transportation. For example, during the transportation of the transformer, their windings or core may get displaced or distorted. Due to active part movement, the insulation between the turns can be abraded and causing a short circuit and damage to the windings later during operation. Similarly, while transporting glass products due to shock, products can be damaged. While transporting medicine or flowers it is necessary to maintain temperature and humidity. Even transporting food, it is necessary to maintain temperature. So, the first step is to measure the parameters like vibration, temperature, humidity, luminous, speed with the help of sensors during transportation. The power supply of 5V will be connected to the Uno Arduino card. The second step is to set the limits of each parameter on the Uno Arduino card. The third step is to store data from each sensor. The fourth step is to develop an IoT based application with the help of ESP8266. The ESP8266 is a Wi-Fi module that is capable of either hosting an application or offloading all Wi-Fi networking functions from another application processor. The data will store to cloud with the help of ThingSpeak or an IoT based application can be created. ThingSpeak is an IoT analytics platform service that allows to aggregate, visualize, and analyze live data streams in the cloud. ThingSpeak provides instant visualizations of data posted by devices to ThingSpeak. With the ability to execute MATLAB code in ThingSpeak online analysis and processing of the data can be done as it comes in. The last step is testing on a real vehicle

During transportation, due to an increase in the level of parameters like vibration, temperature, humidity, and luminosity many products get damaged. So, we would measure the parameters which are changing and we are designing ain IoT based applocation which will store all data which will benefit seller as well as buyer to know where the problem lies.
