Our project is associated to a firm named as ALFOZE Technologies.

It is basically an  IOT based project.IOT (Internet Of Things) is connecting a device (can be a microcontroller) to the internet and to other input or output devices (can be sensors, alarms etc.). The IoT is a giant network of connected things and people all of which collect and share data about the way they are used and about the environment around them. Notifications are the best way to alert anyone in the world of any information which can be related to any kind of situation that can either be harmful or advantageous for the beings in the world. Notifications may be in the form of alarms or can also be in form of a text message.

Here for our FYP we will be designing a notification system for an office using raspberry pi (microcontroller) and sensors (door and window sensor, motion detectors and fire alarms).An app will also be created for getting the notifications vis sms or email and it will alert the respective authorties accorndingly to take immidiate actions incase of any emergency.Our project will basically detect temperature,any movement in doors or windows and will notify user through app and with the help of bell it will alertt people within office premises incase of  any incident.

Methodology:

We willl be desiging a smart notification system.We will use a resberry pi which is basically a mini computer.In it we will be using  3 sensors named as temp/humidity sesnor DHT11,motion sensor and magnetic reed sensor.The connections are made accoridng to circuit diagram.The coding on resberry pi will be done using python and in case of any incident the particular sensor will work and will be detected according to integration done and a notification will be send to the person who's information will be available on app.Cannye Cloud is worlds first drop and drag pushover platotform,with various free features.We used it for the devlopment of app.The app will help the person to get information will help of notification via sms or email.,Moreover,to alert the people within the office premises a bell is being also used which will automatically start buzzing when an emergency will take place and will alert people within premisis.The app will help to alert the people and a unique feature of calling an office boy is also added in it.
