• Patients with chronic health problems e.g., Asthma and Cardiovascular diseases, need to be monitored 24 hours a day which is a challenging task.
• Patients with severe acute and chronic medical conditions cannot be left unattended in order to avoid dangerous consequences.
• The proposed system intends to address the aforementioned problem by automatic monitoring of vital signs e.g., ECG and respiratory signals etc. and taking the suitable decisions to overcome the situation.
