Inspectionify is a home inspection application, that allows you to create a complete home inspection report before purchasing the house, that helps get complete insights about the house including all structural reports to help you bargain with the landlord. 

We are working to train ML models to its best to make sure the report gets the best prediction about the house structure quality.

- protect people from frauds and misleading purchases

- help buyers to analyze the house price before making the purchase

Project Implementation Method

We are working on a mobile application that helps a user to create a home inspection and perform it by taking photos of walls/tiles flooring etc, and Image processing algorithm with the help of ML try to to analyze the condition of the house and predict the price by using past data. 
 

We have used computer vision and Neural network, the report is a soft copy-based material that allows you to see the whole summary.

having our own home is a dream for every person who doesn't own one, it's almost a lifetime investment for people out there, this application can help them to get an ideas if they are making the right purchase.
