Project Area of Specialization RoboticsProject SummaryThe scope of the project is to implement the video security to help in preventing crime and burglar at your home, office, organizations and everywhere. The basic aim is to implement the video security through Web Camera which act as Robot over the Local Area Network so this project reduce the cost also because the use of Web camera, instead of video and network camera. Project will provide security by generating the alarm. The digital video recording system captures, compresses, and stores video from connected cameras. The video base security over IP system allows us to efficiently enhances security by providing real-time video Capturing and recording by better monitoring the system.
Project Objectives•To eliminate the chances of robbery and bulgury.
•Better providing security through Web cam acts as Robot.
•Low cost entry into the digital market
•Design flexibility for development of multiple products at different price points
Project Implementation MethodThe webcam builtin Robot will continuously see the frames in motion. It would compare every old frame with the new one to see if there is any difference which would only occur if something detected like human. The threshold level will be set to see the difference at some optimum level so that reliability would be attained. In this case, if some measured difference is found, that frame would be saved and all of a sudden Robot speaks loud that Emergency occurred and one has to send the details like picture, date time, location to the server for proper security response.
