Climate Change is the change in weather of a region for a longer period of time. And the main cause of climate change is man made activities (industrialization, deforestation, urbanization etc) Due to which temperature rises and ice caps and glaciers melt down which in turn causes flooding. Due to flooding, the sediments increases with flow. Due to increase in sediment transport, the water reservoir capacity decreases, energy production decreases and maintenance cost increases.
Project Objectives
Our main objective is to quantify sediment transport. Flow Variability in rivers and floods. And their Impact on Energy Production and Economy.
Project Implementation Method
After Completion of Research work and finding solutions to problem, then it will be discuss with Ministry of weather and climate change to officially implement it.

The Main Advantages of Studying impact of Climate Change on Sediment transport, Economy, water reservoir capacity and energy production of warsak dam will let us how to reduce maintenance Cost and how to Increase or achieve the Maximum Energy from Hydropower station.
