Our project i-Cuisinier will be an IOT enabled cooking equipment, which will be controlled completely by a smart phone application. This automated cooking machine gives improved quality, reduced man power and time. Nowadays, managing to prepare healthy food is difficult for people due to their hectic routines. They do not have enough time to cook. i-Cuisinier is a new era’s device, which will be fully controlled by a smart phone application. i-Cuisinier will be Wi-Fi and GSM enabled to provide user the ease of communication. User can cook what he/she likes by the press of a button on his/her smart phone application. User can access functionalities through the smart phone app from anywhere. It will also store records of user’s dietary restrictions plan according to their disease and help him/her to eat healthy according to his/her added diet plans.
First, the user will register and activate the i-Cuisinier equipment on the smart phone application. User can follow pre-loaded recipes and can modify recipes according to his/her needs. User will fill the compound of ingredient dispenser, oil dispenser and water dispenser labeled specifically in order to proceed to cooking. User will be given the option to produce a dish with one press automation or can switch to manual control and can takeover the cooking process under his/her supervision. i-Cuisinier will also ask user to add his/her dietary restrictions chart in case user has some disease.
Our vision is to provide an automated cooking machine that could provide cuisines cooking options at ease of touch. With i-Cuisinier user can enjoy different types of food at home with the help of smartphone application.
i-Cuisinier will be developed using V-Shaped Model as software process methodology. Because both validation and verification will be done simultaneously. Therefore, it will give us more accuracy.
i-Cuisinier will be developed using Object Oriented Programming as software design methodology. Because of Code reuse, ease of Software Maintenance and design benefits.
i-Cuisinier will reduce user’s effort by one press automation.

First, the user will register and activate the i-Cuisinier equipment on the smartphone application. User can follow preloaded recipes and can modify recipes according to his/her needs. User will fill the compound of ingredient dispenser, oil dispenser and water dispenser labeled specifically in order to proceed cooking. User will be prompted to map ingredients on ingredient dispenser through smart-phone application. User will be given the option to produce a dish with one press automation or can switch to manual control and can takeover the cooking process under his/her supervision. Our system will also ask user to add his/her dietary restrictions chart in case user has some disease. User can also follow some standard dietary restriction chart that will be provided in the application by selecting the disease. Every time user decides to cook something with any ingredient, which is mentioned in the dietary restriction chart (e.g. more than 5mg salt consumption is dangerous for BP patient), user will get an eye-catching alert on smart phone application screen asking the user if he/she wants to avoid the ingredient or use it.
All the communication between user and smart cooker will happen through Internet. i-Cuisinier will be Wi-Fi and GSM enabled to provide user the ease of communication.
User will get live feeds in form of video streaming, statistics, which include thermostat data, recipe status, finish time and safety protocols statuses.
When all procedure is completed user will be notify through smart phone application. User will be asked to rate the prepared dish in the form of rating stars.
