Project Area of Specialization Internet of ThingsProject SummaryOur Project is based on renewable energy, which will be hybrid energy system generated by piezoelectric transducer and PV Solar panels. The reason for this is to provide clean and environment friendly renewable energy.
Piezoelectric transducer and solar energy systems are greatly spreading and conventional energy source are depleting day by day and it is going to vanish in coming years. So we have to search a new energy source which is pollution free, easily available. In sunny days the energy is provided by solar while on the cloudy day the power is supplied by the piezoelectric transducer system.
We will also interface it with IOT using Wi-Fi. We will control all the appliances through Android application and also, we can measure the power level and consumption of the power to save power and also to make whole system efficient.
Project Objectives•To overcome the excessive use of fuels and other resources in generation industry.
•To get uninterrupted power supply 24-hours on regular basis in any weather conditions.
•To monitor and control the usage of power at homes, offices etc. Can be installed in under developed areas.
Project Implementation Method-
To replace the conventional method of energy generation and utilization ,small scale setups installation at homes.
•Using such components which are cheaply available and can be installed in an easy way.
•Initial cost can exceed from a normal photovoltaic panels setup but running cost is almost negligible apart from maintenance charges
•The setup of piezoelectric sensors in those areas where day to day activity is at large i.e. stairs, porch, doors etc. and on outdoors such as speed breakers, malls etc. can be challenging.
