Summery.

We will make this humanoid robot for entertainment. It will be placed in shopping malls for the attractiveness of customers. This robot will speak with the customer and will answer the asked questions by customers. The speaking and answering will be through the limited pre feed messages. In this performance there will be information about shopping malls.

Project Objectives

Project objectives

The main objectives of this project will be that, it will move with like human. There will be 5DOF in the head of robotic head. Similarly, the both hands also move in 2DOF. These will be programed through the Arduino UNO. It will be command with voice through the mobile application.

Project Implementation Method

 Procedure of humanoid robot.

Step 1.

Basically, in this step we will initiate the project from very basic that are foots of humanoid robot which can be considered as the basic parts of robot, which will be made by the iron material and each leg will be consist of four tiers fixed with steel shafts. And two DC geared motors are used in basic part of robot.

Step 2.

In this step we will work completely on legs from ankles to thigh include knees with different mechanisms. The structural design of legs will be made by the iron rods covered with steel sheet. The stepper motors are attached for the movement of both legs. The legs joint connect with robot’s body.

Step 3.

In this step we will overview about the body structure of robot and design the body structure with iron rods. DC source (batteries) will be fixed in main body and the connections of all motors of legs will be connected with the batteries through the wires. All working motors will control through the Arduino UNO and other circuits will be placed in the main body. After the success arrangement the body will be covered.

Step 4.

In this step we will work on the arms of robot. The initial structures of the arms will be made up of iron rods, and stepper gear motors will be connecting with both arms for the movement which will be joint with robotic body. These motors will be connected with DC source place in main body. The arms will be covered with steel sheet, similarly we will make the hands (palm with fingers) with help of PLA filament on 3D printing which will be designed on solid work, the hands will work on the basis of servo moters.

Step 5.

In this step we will reconsider the head of robot and design it on solid work with different parts. The head will be made by the PLA (polylactic acid) material with the help of 3D printer. The head of robot will be smellier to human head. servo motors are used for the movement of eyes, jaws, neck and complete head in different angles and also colored LED (light emitting diodes) are connect with head.

The main benefits of this robot will be the entertain and motivation of youths towards technology. New generation will be more effective from the new look and artificial intelligence of humanoid robot. Under graduate students will be attractive from this robot and will take pat with high ration in modern technology. This robot will be useful for the hotels, shopping malls, banks etc.
