With more payments gateways and increasing coverage of 3G and 4G networks.According to various figures, Pakistan's e-commerce sales in 2017 were $ 622 million, 0.34% of the retail market, which is doubling every year. It is expected to reach 1 billion US dollars by 2020.So there are alot problem facing by the local marketer,Brand and other supplier in ecommerce venture and alot pitch of market have no such type of resource to represent their venture online. Start with concept of the market, Initially there were only limited shop around the area , then the concept of Mart appears then super Mart. People move toward Super Mart after that there occur the concept of ecommerce. There occur's decline in the revenue of those shopkeeper because they not change according to the time (issue cause opportunity) so, if we provide them the opportunity to sell their product online, they can easily boost up their revenue.So, the idea is to make a hub to connect the people with the market which is yet not available online in one online system.Hub includes all that details people need when they wants to buy something from local brands and international brands.There are many e-commerce websites. They deliver their products to customer’s door step but customer still have to wait more than 24hr till their package receive and customer cannot buy products of brands. The problem is that customers have to visit the market for local buying of products and to avail discounts. The idea provides a facility where everyone can have its online website and mobile friendly interface no matter the brand can afford it or not. Now, what is needed is an application where people can overcome their problems like delivery issues, brands’ products, lack of information about offers, sales, discounts etc., they don’t have much time to visit market and choose product. So, project priority is to improve customer’s time efficiency and secondly facilitating with those products which are not available in mentioned e-commerce sites. In short, idea is providing a service-based website. The application will let people know what’s going on in the market. Customer can easily explore the market through our website and can buy whatever they want. As the result,it help to increase the revenue of the local investor by provide them low cost services,online free sites and software’s to the peoples and provide the customer their desire product with in a day.
 

Project Objectives

Our Aims are:

•    Every entrepreneur represent their venture online,that help to automate the entrepreneurship.
•    Ecommerce site,app which tackles and captures the brand market (as supplier) or local market 
•     Register the local shopkeeper,supplier and brand by just adding a basic infomation get the site and application.
•     Search the product location wise and franchise wise
•     Delivery of product within 24 hr.
•     Design of the site must be easy and cooperative
•     Throught this customer start search for desire product and it pin the exact franchise for that product. 
•     Provide the basic sevice like (Inventory tool kit,sale purchse system) for the shopkeepers for free.
•      Facilitate International brands in their own window as well as local shopkeepers,to boost up their revenue.
   

Project Implementation Method

Idea is to develop a site on wordpress using Woocommerce plugin,to add more customized feature of the ecommerce for desire website.Wordpress is written in PHP and MYSQL so for customization, add wanted PHP module for better response.Later this site will be integrated with the ionic for the development of iOS and android application.This uses GPS to check your location and show the all the local shop in local window ,and brand shop in brand windows.Cutomer check whether its product is available in specfic E-shop he order it or add it in wishlist.This query genarate in MYSQL and triggers the dilvery module,a request generate in dilvery module.Dilvery may be using dilvery drone or third party application. 
Supplier,Brand,Local shopkeeper register on our idea to get his own application and site .He just add his basic info and theme they wants, stores automatically cutomerize itself to that theme,They can add their product to sell it.Supplier provided the software toolkit like inventory handling ,sale and purchase kit etc.

•     Software helping maintain the all inventory and sale purchase record.So the main issue that we facing in out country is corruption of taxes so FBR implies tax on the behalf electronic slip and record. Our sites get record of each transactions,that help these institutions to collect the valid amount of taxes.
   

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The final deliverable of this project will be the hybrid application (includes Inventory software,sale&purchase software,HR management Softwares) that will work as a complete Ecommerce sites.Customers will order for product ,Suppliers will easily register itself and its product and have complete oppourtunity to sell its product online.This Project will get the product request from customer end pass it to the Brand end.
