Project Summary

In order to adapt with the world and keeping the pace we had an extreme need to move towards digital world as there are too many drawbacks on the manual system and it would be rather easy on a system so there is an essential need of HR Cognitive from our perspective and we are making our project unique as we are adding some new things attendance would be taken by face detection a camera will detect the face and attendance will be marked and we have added some more feature like the leave of an employee will be shown and whole record of attendance will be shown on this project and we have added that if an employee have any need of loan then he/she can lend the money

We will be hunting this project as a product to many companies and other institutes as we have got the updated version of everything having no drawbacks on it and having highly efficient version of everything gives us the advantage that the product will be sold and as we have updated versions of everything. we want to design our product attracting and will also be easy to use so user find it attractive and can easily and everyone can understand the product easily and adapt.

Project Objectives

we will be making an HR Cognitive in order to manage all things digitally and it would be easy to handle also so our first objective here is to make things digital so that there should be no redundancy in data and it would be more easier to handle that and we are also adding face detection so that there should be a system of easy attendance for any employee and everybody can access it through their own mobile as we are making this product available on mobile we would make it more efficient by giving it an attractive design and our product will be easy to use so everybody can learn it quickly how it works

Project Implementation Method

we will connect API with the help ASP.NET MVC and will be using Rest API and we would use design pattern of repository and develop the web Application and then we will be connecting it with a database also we will do that on SQL .We will deploy all the data to azure cloud and also at upload it to play store. The attendance we will take on this will be taking by having the services of Azure cognition

Benefits of the Project

In an organization the system on manual is very hard to handle and there comes different kind of problems and drawbacks when we are working manually so here we will provide a total solution for HR so he could handle and cope with problems easily and he should be able to understand the data without any redundancy so here we will provide attendance system that will be handled by a system and other functions like leaves of an employee and whenever an employee needs loan so that we could provide this facility online and every other problem that an employee can face without a system and minor a bigger problems so it would be easy for an employee as well as for HR to cope with those problems on a system

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

we will create different user and everyone will have their own rights like admin will be the one who will be controlling and there will be different users created by Admin who will give different rights to the different users just like we will be creating HR who will be possessing some rights and inside every user there will be a profile of him/her which will be showing data of that particular user there is a leave message which will have a need of approval from boss/manager or admin and the request  and for that we will be creating request management system which will hold the data of request and requests will firstly go to boss and if he gives the permission to one then only the leave  is accepted and all record of leave will be saved in the profile of a user and same will be done with the loan user have to send the request and wait for approval
