Now a days, it is quite difficult to find the right home to buy or rent without involving any property agent and as the population is increasing continuously, buyingand selling of commercial and residential property is also increasing. Property agent charges a huge amount of money which adds more to the increasing price of property and still authenticity is a question mark. As well there are a lot of people who have no idea about property dealing and they want to sell their property in their desired cost. So, this project will be in a form of website which will provide a platform to solve all of the above-mentioned problems in which the buyer of property will directly connect with the seller of that specific property. And the best thing is that they don’t have to pay the commission to any deal maker or any agency. Along with this there is also a big problem for migrants and students who want hostels or flats to rent near their office locations or near their colleges which they have to search after reaching the area but found no place to stay till they are searching for their desired place with reasonable cost. So, by using this website they will search for the hostels and flats near their colleges or their workplaces and make a deal with the owner before leaving their home place or by sitting at home with the help of this website. The website will also be equipped with a machine leaning model which will enable sellers to enter relevant information about their property and get a price range quotation for their home before selling so they have to check market before setting up their selling price. The ml model will also helps buyers including end-consumers and investors to check price range of certain area before further searching for property or investing their money.

Project Implementation Method

As we are making a website and the requirements are fixed that’s why we are using waterfall methodology for the development of this project. We will develop the frontend with bootstrap and backend plus database will be developed  using LARAVEL PHP framework and Django Python framework. The machine learning module for price predictionwill be created in python using Google Colab. The tool we will be using for the implementation of this project will be sublime text and VS Code.

Simply they have to enter details of their property and the machine learning algorithm will give a price quote in return after processing the data. Technical Details of Final Deliverable

1. Sign up and login:
User have to sign up with Facebook or Google for uploading a property to the website. He/she can login to the website anytime at any device after once signup.
2. Search for places:
There will be an option of search for property on the top of the main screen where user will deliberately search for the desired type of property.
3. Add to wish list:
User can place a property to his/her wish list so that he/she can see or rent or buy that property later.
4. Upload property:
User can upload his/her property on the website to sell it or to rent it by placing the required details about the property.

5. Image gallery:
User must have to add images of his/her property while uploading it on the website in order to let other user see those picture for the purpose of buying or renting that property.
6. Contact:
A user or buyer can directly contact with the owner of the property with the help of owners contact details provided while buying a property.
7. Property form:
A form will be given to the user how want to upload a property so that he/she can fill all the regarding and necessary information of the property he is trying to upload.
8. Filter:
An option of filter will be given to the user so that he/she can get the most relevant search.
9. Notification:
A notification message will be sent to the user email when any other user try to contact him regarding to the property he has uploaded and also at the time of signing up for verification purpose.
10. Edit:
After upload a property on the website if the user find it inappropriate for the users or may want to change some details of the property such as type or price or anything so he/she can do it by the option provide for editing in already uploaded property.
11. Estimated price:
Estimate price section will be given on the main page where user can input features of the property asked and can get a estimated price.
12. Logout:
After using the website user can logout of it. Or he may get logout after closing the website.

13. Reviews:
User can see reviews regarding each property which will be added by other users who may buy from that seller or may have seen that property in real.
14. Property comparison:
There will be panel for comparison between to different properties of same types with different features of interest. So that if user likes both so he/she can decide, which property he will buy based on comparison.
15. Direct chat:
Buyer and seller can directly chat with each otherwith the chat button given on advertisement.
