Our scope is to develop a Home Construction WEB BASE APPLICATION where user can easily
search and book their materials required for construction of home and also book home builder to build
their home with his booked materials.
The purpose of project is to provide facility to user to save their money as much they can to build their
home. In market there are many builders who can build your home but it is all about whole thing like
you can only choose what you want but they will choose how much money for that. Even you don’t
know about any materials amount what cost is it?
On another side if you want to build your home on your own choice and low cost than you need to
travel many markets for product rates and quality , factories , bricks maker , Cement sellers , Electric
parts, tiles, marbles . It takes too many days for all of this work to visit many stores or deal with whole
sellers just because of low cost.
So our goal is to provide a platform where you can easily find house maker with their best working
rates, bricks with their actual cost, User can get Cement with actual price of factory , Electric parts,
Tiles, Marbles. The most important part of this is there is no third party between User and seller so
user can easily get best quality products and in low cost. Just need to book all products required to
build your home and book house maker as well. By this User can save money, time and get all things

in one place and user will get the best quality products.
There will be a seller section where seller will post their materials with their price so User can easily
look the materials and best amount and quality of it. Thus seller can easily sell their material.
In the light of above facilities in Home Construction system we Implement Machine
Learning algorithm for best quality of product according to their place

Project Objectives

The main purpose of this FYP to build a platform where you can get all the facility of home
construction at one place and provide facility to user to save their money as much they can to build
their home. In market there are many builders who can build your home but it is all about whole thing
like you can only choose what you want but they will choose how much money for that. Even you
don’t know about any materials amount what cost is it but here you can get detail of everything at one
place.
User will be able to see who is selling material in low cost or giving less expensive and trusted
services and from where they need to buy bricks, cement and other material during house building
depending upon cost and extra services they provide.

Project Implementation Method

The project is implemented on dot net core mvc with entity frame work web base application with lots of real time data in it it will be modified further in moile application the flow of the implementation are as follows

1. A super admin will create admin assign role right. Admin manage user management and super can also
assign roles to users.
2. Seller Registration with email verification , after that he will maintain his profile With their Products
3. Admin have authority to see particular seller activities post of product and can delete
4. User will see seller post description and order for that
5. User will book builder
6. And Implement Machine Learning algorithm for best quality of product according to their place

Home Construction will be the first web base application. The purpose of launching this project is, in fact, to provide kind of benefit as a result of the delivery of the output. Where you will find all the  home construction equipments in one place with the sound appearance of benfits

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The technical details home construction we have different type of users like seller, buyers, builders, and administrator where admins will manage the proper standard of the products and equipments accorading to its specific specialization .Seller can request for product to initialize after that request admin approve that request and initilize that product so that buyers can awail that products . Builder can show thier demo of the constructed home where buyers of equipments can directly approch to builder after seeing his works the major flow of the techinal details is

My project has a heavier server side operations to which my laptop is not capable. I have been doing development on it but my efficiency is really low as i have to run server operations locally and i get response from server on an average 3 seconds which is too much for 1 call.

My efficiency would exponentially increase If i can have an i5 7th generation laptop with modern GPU and SSD so that my technical operations can be streamlined in a manner that my server operations are bound in milliseconds for 1 call and my project can contribute to real life scenarios in a seamless manner
