Project Summary

Health and Safety Compliance System for Post COVID-19 is a hardware and software means integrated Project which aims to provide you safety and good health by sanitization through automatic hand sanitizer, temperature detection through Infrared sensors, face mask detection through the camera, face recognition attendance, and distance detection for social distancing. So it is a complete product to help in the prevention of COVID-19.

Project Implementation Method

Automatic Hand Sanitization

This is the hardware part. In this, hardware tools are required like a breadboard, Arduino, Wires, Jumper wires, IC's, sensors, etc.

 Face Mask Detection

This is the software part. In this, AI and machine learning will be used to train the software. There will be a software license required for full functions use and all libraries use. This will be done by collecting sample data.

Temperature Check

This is also a hardware part and it will have Wires, Buzzer, LED's, LED Display, IR sensor, Arduino, Temperature  Sensor, jumper wires, etc.

Face Recognition Attendance

Software part and in this part Artificial intelligence and machine learning is implemented. OpenCV, Keras, and other libraries will be used for face recognition.

Distance Detection

Integrated part (h/w and s/w) and it will also have the implementation of Machine Learning and Major part of Deep Learning. GPU will be used for this purpose.

Benefits of the Project

It is impossible to prevent COVID-19 as It can also be caused by touching anyone or anything. Even touching hand sanitizer or fingerprint sensor, or thermometer can affect or cause it if the patient of coronavirus touches it before. So our Project is the solution for all these problems because there is no need to touch or press the button of the hand sanitizer as the sanitizer is automatic. No need to touch the thermometer as it takes contactless readings. It has a face mask detection system so no need to check the mask one by one. The facial recognition attendance system is to prevent contacting the surface. Distance detection is also good to maintain social distancing.

So overall project is for the betterment of society. And it ensures health. It could be used for any organization like a university, school,  college, NGO, industry, office.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

1-Automatic hand sanitizer and temperature detection code on ARDUINO IDE

2-Face mask and face recognition, Distance detection will be done through python language using Anaconda IDE language is python.
