Time is the most important concern in anyone’s life, but students and workers must waste their precious time waiting for their transport on bus stops to reach their institutes and workplaces because the arrival time of buses is not confirmed. Also, Parents are always concerned about the safety of their children and there’s no way to track the location of school-going kids when they are traveling on their school bus.

Project Objectives

Our product, GUIDERS is the solution to all these problems. GUIDERS is a fleet management system that saves your time by providing you with live tracking of organizational buses.

Project Implementation Method

GUIDERS is an application designed for facilitating transport on buses. Guiders, functions as an

?Admin panel: 

It contains route information 

It also gives you all the transport fee transactions in one easily manageable place.

?Student App:

Show live tracking the busses the routes.

Provide detailed information about routes including all information of stops with time.

?Driver App:

live location of bus.

live updates of traffic to student app and admin panel

Benefits of the Project

By using the GUIDERS live tracking facility, users will not have to waste their time waiting for the bus at the bus stop. Our Parents app allows parents to track the live location of buses of their school-going kids. Drivers can share their live location and live updates of traffic to users and generate an alert in case of some emergency through the Driver app.

If we have 5000 students per year so our revenue will be around 60 lac.  

Milestone

?We activated GUIDERS' social media accounts to create an audience in the first place. After that, we developed the GUIDERS website and Android app for users/Drivers/Parents. The development of our iOS app is under process right now and it will also be released very soon.

Financial

?Currently, we have given GUIDERS app testing to 100+ users and having a very positive response from users.

?We are working to get around 2000 users of GUIDERS on board within 6 months.

? We are working to get around 5000 users of GUIDERS on board within one year.
