Grievance may be defined as any feeling of discontent or dissetisfection , whether expressed or not and whether valid or not, arising out of any thing conectied with the University that a Student thinks, believes or even feels is unfair , unjust or inequitable.
Basically Grievance means Student's dissetisfection.
Grievance sytem is an onlline plateform of private and public institutes. Enabeling prompt action in any issue raied by the Students. The purpoe of online Grievance system for Universities for better automation. Grievance system cell deals with all types of Grievances and complaints including those received from Students Faculty and other Stackholders.
With the help of this Application Institute can provide it's user with the
benefit to share their inconvenience with the Institute ans providing
solution. This web Application provides helping hands to Students and Staff by acknowledeging and solving their problems. Grievance Application ensure a fair and just treatement of Student's concerns and prompt resolution of Grievances without
discrimination.
This project will provide a user friendly Web-based Appication to solve Almost all Grievances in the Women University of Bagh AJK.
