A Geo fence constitutes a virtual boundary or perimeter that can be created to trigger notifications  when entered or exited or both. In this android application a human geo fencing in in the role of gardeners/security personnel of horticulture cell/security cell of QAU is suggested. The workforce of horticulture cell /security cell consists of gardeners/security guards and their supervisors which will be the two types of users which will correspond to two modules of the app: one set (gardeners/security guards) will update his image and the location whenever he starts the app and after performing tasks in the designated area of their work/duty. The admin/supervisor can assign and track a specific location where the gardener/security guard needs to go and check the images and the location visited and the tasks/duty performed there. The user can add a task and the coordinates of the location where it is to be performed and can be tracked by the concerned supervisors. They can also check the log of tasks performed during the time or withing a specific period of time (days/months). The security staff can also send a notification to the supervisor in case of an untoward incident (like strike/accident etc) in or close to their area. This information can be used by the admin to dispatch the Rapid Response Force (RRF)constituted for this purpose on the campus.

• Users can login from the login interface in the application.
• Admin/ Supervisor will be able to add tasks.
• Admin/ Supervisor will be able to view log of tasks.
• Admin/ Supervisor will be able to view location of staff.
• Users will be able trigger notification to inform any untoward incident
• Users will be able to update location and picture of task completed.

Software implementation include development of android application

That will provide information regarding employee. Creation of virtual boundary help supervisor /Admin to keep an eye on their movement using GPS. Then task assigned to employees, so employees can  easily view them and update their locations and task accordingly.

Help to keep an eye on every work movement of your worker, rather than go personally and dictate him. you can assign  tasks to all employees and track their locations and get your self updated .

2-using GPS you can easily track any person location inside virtual boundary.

Project documentation contains the requirements, project understanding, design diagrams and user interface prototype with test document.

2- Software Deliverable

Software Deliverable includes the cross platform mobile application for managing the all employees of horticulture. The application will inform the admin when the required person is either inside  or outside virtually created geo fence  . It will provide interfaces for admins/supervisors to assign tasks to employees, track their locations. for  users(employees) can easily update their locations and tasks. They can also trigger notification in case of any emergency /untoward action occurred nearby.
