Project Objectives
To provide security to sensitive areas to ensure safe environment.
To learn about new biometric style, for the identification of a person.
To solve the problems such as Noise, long distance, quality problems of previous biometric system.
To estimate the performance of gait recognition biometric system.
Project Implementation Method
I worked on CASIA Gait Dataset, and use Deep learning techniques to predict a person from a video.
Benefits of the Project
It is extented to heigher level to provide many benefits Such as ;
Implemented in banks, Seminar halls (Events), Airports, Embassies, Shopping Malls, Police stations and in Military areas for security purposes.
Some other benefits are;
Performance can be increased if used with other biometric systems.
Monitoring people with gait recognition does not require their cooperation.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable
Technical Details include understanding basics of neural networks, their implementation in python, understanding working of libraries keras, tensorflow, openCv. Understanding Deep learning techniques and Convolutional Neural networks etc.
