In this changing era, it is the need of the hour that we should change our perceptions about hiring the right people for right jobs. Before this pandemic, big events took place by international and multinational companies and were career fair. Now this is not possible due to the fear of COVID-19. As we are living in the world of technology, where everything is in our hands, so we can arrange these events online without the tension about space, money, and most importantly SOP has to follow. The main objective of this "FLY EARN APPLICATION" is to tackle the present situation of pandemic and to convert physical efforts into the less technological effort for the ease of alumni and the job seekers. We are planning to design a web application for creating an Online Job application, which performs the same tasks as of a physical event with less effort.
Project ObjectivesWe are designing an application that will work as a marketplace for the freelancers and other people to hire them and also get done their daily project task. Freelancers can improve their skills by quiz and can get ranked. Clients can also upload a project task as a contest so that freelancers can participate in interested contest and client can choose the best work.
