Admin will control all activities and manage the whole system.

In the exercise module all exercises will be describe one by one to all categories users.
There will be a trainer for all users guide them online as well as face to face.
Diet Management:
In this module we will describe about nutrition, supplements, etc to all trainee or users
Calculator:
In our system there will be a protein calculator for users to collect daily bases protein requirements.
