It would be a web with app delivering news where you would give input inform of word or text and it would be embedded on avatar and a news will be delivered upon giving input script. Additionally catalog of previous videos would be maintained as well
Project Objectives
The objective behind creating this web application is to provide ease in the field of news anchoring. The major objective is to reduce resources consumption because if the news would be generated from the web so we would not need extra resources. Secondly one more objective was to create news at any time and it could be created from home as well.
Project Implementation Method
The idea is implemented by first taking script from the user. The user gives the script in form of word file or plain text. Then that script is converted into audio, the generated audio is embedded onto the 3d avatar. The avatar is ready with the script which is lip synced onto the 3d avatar using libraries and Api's. Then that avatar is placed in a video. The video is then added with subtitles to give a news anchoring video looks. This method provides a complete news channel look where an avatar is speaking out the news
Benefits of the Project
The project provides innovation for the modern fast paced world. In this fast moving world where every thing is moving very fast and time management is very difficult, so if in case there is a news to be covered after service times so it could be made. It is actually a modern way of presenting news.One more benefit would be less resources requirement because you would only require script and login credentials. No need for video creating stuff.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable
The final submission would be a website application where you can give the script and you would get generated video where there would be avatar lip synced using different libraries and Api's with audio generated from script given input. There would be catalog maintained for the previous videos. Currently we have used pyttsx3 for audio generation from text. For lip syncing and subtitles, we would be using different libraries and Api's.
