The system eases detecting task, and allow detecting many affectees at once. It expedites the process. COVID-19 has changed our daily life and continues to do so. One such instance is the reopening of stores and public institutes like museums, libraries, etc., which are now linked with new regulations. A basic provision is to compel customers and/or visitors to wear face masks and a staff member is required to check the visitor/customer’s mask detection.
The goal of this research is to improve a human skin classifier that can accurately classify skin tones.

masks have been confounding traditional facial recognition software, but these new machine learning tools could conceivably be used in private or public spaces to measure compliance and ostensibly take that out of the hands of individuals.
The goal of this research is to improve a human skin classifier that can accurately classify skin tones. This section will outline the methods used to achieve this goal, which is divided into two steps: skin segmentation and skin color modeling. Here we discuss only skin tone.
