Project Summary

The main focus of this project is our blind community who our unable to feel the pleasure of eyes with this project we will try to give some idea of how the thing or the person who is standing in front of him/her looks like with the help of voice we will integrate the smart glasses with our mobile application with that our user can easily know the gender of the person, obstacle with the voice command. All they need to do is wear Smart glasses which must have Bluetooth to connect with mob application. Features include obstacle detection while being on road or on other path. Usually obstacles produce noise while moving; blind people develop their sense of hearing to detect them by Smart Glasses. . It captures the image and then process the human facial expression, gender, age by using that image through smart glasses and after processing, it converts the scene in voice on application.

Project Objectives

The objective of this project is to design a product which is very much useful to those people who are visually impaired and often has to rely on others. It allows the user to walk freely by detecting human (their facial expression, gender age) & direction of objects by Smart Glasses which has camera on it captured the image and Bluetooth connectivity to mobile application then it starts image processing and convert the scene in loud voice which is easy to understand for blind users.

This project will meet the following objectives:

• To help the blinds
• More accessible reading document
•  Let them feel what is happening around the world.
• To identify the human beings (gender, age and their face expressions).
• To identify a single color.
• To identify moving or noisy obstacles.

Project Implementation Method

This project is based on an android application which can works on human voice when you say "Click" the camera will click the picture and in the result the application will speak the result which the application recognized like:

• Age
• Gender
• Emotion
• Text
• Object
   

Benefits of the Project

This project is basically designed for the blindes who cannot see the beauty of the world or they cannot recognize that hat is going on in thier surroundings through this app they can get some idea of what gender is sitting in front of them or what are the objects arround that person. Or if we say the blind person have a document which he cat recognize by taking the picture of the document the application will speak the result in return so the blind person can easily recognize that document.
